Introduction

Palladium Homes was founded in 1992 by Greg Messer around a simple objective, to provide our clients with homes that are healthy for their families and the environment while providing sustainable and meaningful growth opportunities for our stakeholders, employees, contractors and trade partners.  Staying true to this mission and goal, we aspire to not just meet our clients’ expectations, but to exceed them.  Enthusiastically satisfied clients are a testament to a job well done, and their referrals provide us with long term profitability and job stability.  Everyone knows that customer satisfaction is vital to the long term success of any company, and we take your commitment to choosing us as your home builder very personally.  Striving to balance our company’s quality construction with our own quality of life, both at work and at home, we have chosen to limit our growth by building only a few homes a year so that we can give all our customers the hands-on attention they need and deserve.

Let us help you plan, design and build your new home, and make your dream home a reality.  Our design-build approach gives customers great flexibility, and open communication keeps our homeowners informed and minimizes costly change orders.
